全胃切除之術後調理病例報告

A case report of postoperative recuperating after total gastrectomy

摘要

這是一位七十四歲男性患者的病例報告，因為胃癌的全胃切除術後不適而入住中醫病房接受中藥治療，在接受兩個月的中藥治療後，除了胃口不好及腹脹症狀明顯改善；因為慢性肺纖維化導致的喘促不適，以及前列腺肥大造成的夜尿次數多也都獲得大幅緩解。故透過此病例可以知道，中藥針對胃切除術後以及喘促、夜尿等症狀可以有顯著的療效。

This is a 74-year-old male patient with gastric cancer suffering from a post-gastrectomy syndrome including weight loss, poor appetite, and abdominal distention. After taking Chinese herbal medicine for 2 months, the symptoms mentioned above are improved. Furthermore, panting caused by chronic pulmonary fibrosis was improved by Chinese herbal medicine. In conclusion, this case report indicates the Chinese medicine can play an important role in such symptoms and disease, and let the patients improve life quality.
