摘要

本研究主要目的為探討中華民國精神衛生護理學會成立十五週年以來的發展主軸及成果。採用歷史研究法，收集歷年檔案資料、發表文章、訪問重要人物等；再將資料作內容分析，結果呈現結構性及專業議題發展兩大主軸。結構性發展可分期為籌備期、創立期、成長期、目標導向期。各期發展皆有其重要專業議題之建樹，依人本精神護理品質、學會合作、培訓、認證、專案計劃、發表、評鑑相關法案、項目給付、會務等各項，敘述其連續性的發展成果。希望藉由本研究回顧及分析過去之貢獻，展望未來的方向，作為本學會再卓越發展之參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the development and performance of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurses Association since its establishment 15 years ago. The study was conducted by means of historical research, data collection, scrutiny of established articles, and interviews of key persons; content analysis was applied, and the results demonstrated that there were two major themes of the organization's development: structural and professional issues. Structural development could be divided into four stages: preparation, establishment, growth, and objective orientation. There were important professional issues in each stage, involved in the association's continuous development: humanistic nursing quality, the association's cooperation, training, certification, special projects, publication, accreditation and the law, items requiring payment, association administration etc.. We hope that this study, based on review and analysis of past contributions, can contribute to the future outstanding development of this association.
