建構社區精神衛生護理能力-就業照護

The Construction of Essential Competence of Community Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing-Job Management

摘要


本研究目的為發展建構社區精神衛生護理人員在「精神病患就業照護能力」的培訓內容,作為規劃社區精神衛生護理人員培訓與認證之參考,以提昇精神衛生護理人員在社區照護精神病患之服務品質。本研究採行動研究法,研究對象為實務工作者亦為研究者,為某精神專科醫院之三位臨床護理人員(包含一位督導、兩位護理師),資料分析採內容分析法,分析照護個案中互動記錄內容所呈現之行為操作項目,並依據分析之結果省思及確認實務能力之範疇與操作性定義。研究結果顯示「精神病患就業照護」能力範疇與行為要項包含評估就業需求、激發工作動機、培養工作知能、增進工作調適、連結就業資訊等項目。此結果能做為日後訂定甄審辦法之依據,並強化精神衛生護理人員在就業照護之實務能力。

The purpose of this study was to establish essential competence of psychiatric mental health nurses in job Management with psychiatric disorders, and hence to promote the quality of care for patients in community. The research was conducted using action method and case reports,. Subjects were both clinical participants and researchers including-three clinical nurses (include one nursing supervisor and two clinical nurses). Content analysis was used to analyze the process recording. The results showed that major competence indicators and protocols of job management had been identified, needs assessments, motive stimulations, skills cultivations, adjustment promotions, and resources linking. These findings could serve as a basis on which the accreditation committee might evaluate essential competence of psychiatric mental health nurses, and further enhance the skills of nurses in job management for psychiatric patients.
