住院慢性精神病患生活品質及其相關因素探討

精神病患住院期間的生活品質為評估照顧成效的指標。本研究目的在暸解慢性精神病患生活品質的現況及其影響因素，以花蓮某精神專科教學醫院住院的150位慢性精神病患為研究對象，研究工具包括：基本資料、社會支持量表、精神病患生活品質量表。研究結果顯示慢性精神病患生活品質總得分平均為74.11（總分135分），主要影響因素為職業復健，尤其已進入職場工作並有支領薪資者，感受到的生活品質最佳，本研究建議應擬定適合病患的工作復健計畫，藉此提高生活品質，進而回歸社區。

Quality of life (QOL) of the Hospitalized psychiatric patients becomes an indicator of nursing care effectiveness. This study aimed to explore the QOL and its associated factors of those chronic and hospitalized mentally ill patients. 150 patients were recruited from a psychiatric teaching hospital in Hualien in Taiwan. Instruments included patients' demographic information, social support scale, and QOL scale. The results revealed that the participants scored 74.11 (out of 135) in QOL. The main associated factor is vocational rehabilitation, particularly, the patients having paid jobs had higher QOL. We suggested to develop suitable vocational rehabilitation to improve the chronic and hospitalized patients' QOL, and to help them return to the community.
