關懷的心理衛生護理來自於護理人對人的尊重,心理衛生護理對人的尊重由夥伴關係與精神復元的概念展現。護理師將精神復元概念融入雙向情緒障礙症病人的門診照護,可有效改善其疾病知識與病識感。因為關懷病人,精神科照護由門診照護、住院護理、到居家護理,皆發揮有創意的照護並有實證佐證。關懷的技巧包括改善個人情緒梳理的減壓技術,此項技術運用在心臟病人的照護中,可改善其焦慮與睡眠,並有類實驗性研究佐證。資訊科技的掌握,則有效的改善技術學習與縮減工作流程,促進病人照護的安全性,增進雙向的關懷。重視醫療團隊協調之個案管理是照護實務上的關鍵概念,個案管理照護讓醫療團隊成員體驗彼此尊重,共同為尊重病人的醫療照護努力,因此、心理衛生護理關懷的展現可呈現於病人直接照護,亦可由科技的掌握、照護模式的改變,營造有利的照護環境,幫助心理衛生護理關懷的落實。
Caring in mental health nursing is grounded in mutual respect between the patient and nurse. Respect for the psychiatric client is demonstrated through partnership and psychiatric recovery. In this study, a psychiatric nurse incorporated psychiatric recovery into the outpatient care of patients with bipolar disorder. The nurse developed creative and collaborative outpatient, inpatient, and hospice care. Relaxation techniques, which can reduce the anxiety of patients with cardiac diseases, was confirmed by many research evidences. Additionally, information technology was applied, which can assist with improving nursing skills and workflow, and it increased the safety of patients and the communication between patients and nurses. Finally, we implemented case management into our practice, which allowed the medical team to demonstrate respect, effectively care for patients, and improve coordination. Caring in mental health nursing through psychiatric recovery could be implemented in direct and daily nursing care by using informatic technology or an enhanced nursing care delivery model.
