This case report describes the experience of the author as a school nurse caring for a female adolescent with anorexia nervosa. From December 7, 2020, to March 8, 2021, the author collected information about the patient's health through active accompany and interviews with appropriate listening, reviewing health information documents, and conducting a psychiatric assessment from five major aspects. The patient's health problems included malnutrition (less than body requirements), ineffective individual coping, and ineffective family coping. The author conducted regular meetings and provided support on nutrition, family relationships, communication skills, and stress coping, and connected to medical resources to care for this case. The case's body weight was recovered and she could readjust her school life. Her health condition become improved. Hope this experience may provide practical information for school nurses as a reference to care for a client with anorexia nervosa.
