手術全期護理措施對子宮切除婦女焦慮與憂鬱之改變

背景：婦女接受子宮切除手術時常產生焦慮和憂鬱之情緒反應。目的：本研究目的是探討手術全期護理措施對子宮切除婦女手術前後焦慮與憂鬱之改變。方法：採類實驗研究，單組前後測設計，本研究對象為某醫院婦產科病房接受子宮切除之婦女共30人。結果：顯示憂鬱之前、後測的總得分值達28.13±9.07與27.90±8.45，憂鬱總分前、後測未達統計之顯著差異，表示手術全期護理措施對子宮切除婦女之憂鬱狀況沒有明顯改善，但在前、後測憂鬱各題方面，其中在常常想哭、心情不好、容易發脾氣、胸口悶悶的、身體不舒服等項目前後測達顯著差異(p＜.05)；而焦慮之前、後測的總得分值分別為5.43±1.91分與3.53±0.94，而焦慮總分前、後測得分之比較達顯著差異。表示手術全期護理措施可改善焦慮及部分憂鬱狀況。結論：本研究之結果可提供臨床照顧子宮切除婦女之參考。

Background and Purpose: Women undergoing hysterectomy often suffer from anxiety and depression. The purpose of this study was to investigate the implications of perioperative nursing on anxiety and depression in patient receiving hysterectomy. Methods: A single-group pretest-posttest quasi- experimental design was undertaken. The sample included 30 women who underwent hysterectomy in a hospital maternity ward. Results: The pre-test total score of depression was28.13i9.07 and the post-test total score was27.9±8.45.However, there was no significant difference between the pre-testand post-test on depression scale. The result indicated that perioperative nursing cannot palliate depression condition. However, there were significant differences in some of the depression options. But they were difference in the pre-test t score of depression, such as often cry, feel bad, easy to get angry, chest tightness, physical discomfort, etc. There were significant differences between the pre-testand post-test on depression scale (p＜.05).The pre-test total score of anxiety was5.43 i1.91 and the post-test total score was3.53io.94.Though, there were significant differences between the pre-testand post-test on anxiety scale. The result indicated that perioperative nursing can improve anxiety and some depression condition in patients whoreceive hysterectomy. Conclusions: The results of this study can serve as a reference for hysterectomy care.
