銀髮族跌倒偵測與通報系統之建構

摘要

跌倒對於老年族群而言是一個值得重視的臨床問題。老年族群跌倒的發生率遠高於年輕族群，除了肢體上的傷害，跌倒之後在生理、心理及社交生活上亦可能造成嚴重的後遺症。面對高齡化社會的來臨及國內要求建立老人無障礙生活環境的政策，發展跌倒偵測與傷害警報的工程技術，是具有極正面意義的。
傳統判斷跌倒的方式，是希望年長者身上配戴感測儀器，但這樣的方法，可能會造成年長者日常生活的不便，因此，本系統希望在免配帶感測儀器的前提下，透過攝影機拍攝，利用影像處理的方法進行跌倒比對。
本系統經過實驗測試，在正常情況下，誤判率小於2%。而當真正跌倒情形發生時，正確率可達八成。當跌倒意外發生時，系統判斷為跌倒，監控中心便顯示跌倒意外發生警告，並透過簡訊通知醫療人員到事發現場，提供後續照顧程序。

It is a clinical question that is worth paying attention to fall as to old ethnicity. The incidence that the old ethnicity falls is higher than younger generations, except the injury on the limbs far, may also cause the serious sequela in life in the physiology, psychology and social activity after falling. Arrival melting in the society in the face of advanced age and demanding to set up the policy of old man's living environment without hitch at home, falling and preventing and curing and injuring the engineering of the alarm in development, is with positive significance.
When the accident happens, the monitoring system of the camera is started and carried and notifies immediately and monitors than correctly far automatically, in order to reach the medical care in good time. (Journal of Taiwan Occupational Therapy Research and Practice
