本文旨在分析「社會創新企業T」如何透過創新合作和資訊科技運用,而連結其多元利益關係人,包括坪林有機茶農、外圍支持企業和體驗消費者等,以共創坪林區茶產業的永續發展。本文分析架構提出坪林有機茶發展,是鑲嵌在創新合作價值理念、資訊科技運用,以及創新合作的實作內容。「社創企業T」使用公眾參與式地理資訊系統、茶園生態資料庫,以及氣象站風味輪設計等人文社會與資訊科技體系,而得以實踐契作生產、茶品銷售和體驗活動。如此運用資訊科技於有機茶創新合作,不但有利於串聯多元利益關係人、落實環保健康與流域收復的價值理念,而且也獲得社會創新合作的初步成果,包括由下而上草根推展坪林有機茶永續發展,以及朝向聯合國永續發展目標等。
This study aims to investigate how 'social innovation enterprise T' utilized information technologies and innovative cooperation to link its multiple stakeholders, including Pinglin Organic farmers, surrounding support enterprises and experiential consumers, so as to mutually attain the sustainable development of the Pinglin tea industry. The analytical framework of this study presents Pinglin organic tea development as embedded on the shared value ideas of innovative cooperation, information technology application, and implementation contents and processes of innovative cooperation. 'Social innovation enterprise T' applied humanistic/social and technological systems of the Public Participation Geographic Information System (PPGIS), Participant Guarantee System, AI Tea Garden Ecology Data Bank, and Organic Tea Tasters' Flavor Wheel, etc., enabling the enterprise to practice contract production, tea sales and experiential activities. This kind of socially innovative cooperation is not only advantageous to link multiple stakeholders, implement shared values of environmental protection, health and river recovery, but also to achieve initial results of extending bottom-up grass-root sustainable development of Pinglin organic tea, and also towards UN sustainable development goals (SDGs), etc.
