The study aims to propose a model for college students to explore the relationship among ”Involvement of College Clubs”, ”Learning Experience of College Clubs” and ”Employability”. In addition, the study verifies the model with latent variable analysis. Results show the model is supported by the empirical data and all of hypotheses are confirmed as well.The results indicate college students' ”Involvement of College Clubs” directly influences ”Learning Experience of College Clubs” and ”Employability”. Furthermore, college students' ”Learning Experience of College Clubs” directly influences ”Employability”. It is also found ”Involvement of College Clubs” has a positive effect on ”Employability” through the mediation of ”Learning Experience of College Clubs”. In the final section of study, the authors propose suggestions for school faculties and administrators.
