貯運溫度及時間對帶介質蝴蝶蘭植株貯運及生長之影響

Effects of Shipping Temperature and Durations on Post-shipping Growth of Sphagnum Moss Grown Phalaenopsis

摘要


本研究主要以帶介質蝴蝶蘭爲試驗材料探討貯運溫度及時間對蝴蝶蘭生育及開花之影響。蝴蝶蘭Phalaenopsis Sogo Yukidian 'V3'帶介質及裸根植株於 24℃下貯運6至30天,失重率較15、18及21℃高,且裸根貯運植株失重情形較爲嚴重,經氯化四銼(Triphenyltetrazolium chloride, TTC)活力檢測,裸根植株根部活性於24℃下,活力下降情形最顯著。蝴蝶蘭Phal. Mystik Golden Leopard 'KHM195'、Phal. Pinlong Cinderella 'KHM209'及Phal. I-Hsin Cream 'KHM246'帶介質植株於12℃下貯運,均有寒害現象產生,且葉片葉綠素含量亦呈下降情形。於貯運溫度爲18-21℃下貯運經30天植株之葉綠素含量變化大致上差異不大;貯運後之植株置於溫室催花,其抽梗率與開花之品質並未受到影響。

The effects of temperature and durations during simulated dark shipping on the growth and floweringof Phalaenopsis with sphagnum moss medium were investigated. The results showed that Phal. Sogo Yukidian 'V3' with or without sphagnum moss medium at 24℃ simulated dark shipping for 6 to 30 days, the weight loss rate was higher than shipping at 15, 18 and 21℃. Bare-rooted plants loosed fresh weight more severely. TTC activitits of leaf and root were significantly decreased with the increased durations of simulated dark shipping at 24℃. Chilling injuries occurred when Phal. Mystik Golden Leopard 'KHM195', Phal. Pinlong Cinderella 'KHM209' and Phal. IHsin Cream 'KHM246' with sphagnum moss medium were simulately shipped at 12℃. After simulate dark shipping for 30 days, Leaf chlorophyll content was reduced. When shipping temperature was at 18-21℃, leaf chlorophyll content of plants showed no significant change. After forcing in the greenhouse, flower stalk emergence and flowering quality of the three phalaenopsis hybrids were not affected by simulated shipping.
