貯運前後光合馴化對帶介質蝴蝶蘭植株長期貯運後開花之影響

Effects of Photosynthetic Acclimation during Pre-shipping and Post-shipping on Flowering of Sphagnum Moss Grown Phalaenopsis

摘要


本試驗探討蝴蝶蘭帶介質植株於貯運前及貯運後光合馴化對植株性狀及開花之影響,結果顯示蝴蝶蘭Phalaenopsis Sogo Yukidian 'V3'植株於貯運前或貯運後以不同遮光程度之光合馴化處理2週,無論是否光合馴化處理,再於催花溫室栽培,其開花品質均與對照組無顯著差異。Doritaenopsis Taisuco Wonder 'King Car Butterfly'及 Phal. Tai Lin Redangel 'V31'在貯運後直接於催花溫室進行光馴化處理,不同品種對抽梗反應表現有所不同,然開花品質與未經貯運者亦無顯著差異。依本試驗結果,貯運前不需進行光合馴化處理,20℃之長期貯運溫度貯運後直接於催花溫室中進行光合馴化0-2週與催花工作,則不影響植株之開花之品質。

The effects of photosynthetic acclimation before or after simulated dark shipping on growth and flowering performance of phalaenopsis grown on sphagnum moss medium were investigated. The results showed plants forcing in the greenhouse performed good flowering quality after simulated dark shipping for 30 days, whatever photosynthetic acclimation before or after shipping under different shading levels in the greenhouse. However, two different phalaenopsis hybrids, Dtps. Taisuco Wonder 'King Car Butterfly' and Phal. Tailin Redangel 'V31', showed different responses on flower-stalk emergence under different light acclimatized durations in the forcing greenhouse after shipping for 30 days. The flowering performance showed no significant difference between shade treated plants and control. The results of this study suggested that it was not necessary for pre-shipping photosynthetic acclimatization for phalaenopsis plants. After simulated dark shipping at 20℃, phalaenopsis plants showed no significant difference on flowering performance with or without 1-2 weeks photosynthetic acclimatization in the forcing greenhouse after shipping.
