體針加中藥處方治療肥胖症之臨床報告

摘要

以中醫理論分析肥胖症的成因和證型，並應用在肥胖症的治療。臨床觀察發現，針刺配合中藥內服對於高血脂型的肥胖患者有一定的效果，再加上適當的飲食控制與運動，獲得的效果會更明顯。女性患者在療程中若遇到的生理期，會出現體重停滯的現象；合併有子宮肌瘤的患者，以及下半身肌肉結實之西洋梨體型的患者，減重的效果則不明顯。針刺是通過激發自身的調節機制來調整肥胖機體紊亂的內分泌以及能量的代謝功能，降低過於旺盛的食慾，增加脂肪的消耗，配合中藥內治法的調理，抑制高熱量食物的攝取與吸收，達到減肥的目的，改善肥胖患者併發症的發生。

Differential treatment of obesity based on symptoms, signs and etiologic diagnosis using the theories of the traditional Chinese medicine. Clinical observation of obesity patients with hyperlipemia treated with acupuncture and Chinese medicine has a certain therapeutic effect, following proper control of diet and sports can obviously increase the effect of reduction of body weight. During the menstrual cycle of female patients in the period of treatment would appearance in stagnation of body weight. Patients merged with fibroid or pear-shaped patients in brawny lower-body, the slimming effect was unobvious. Acupuncture slimming treatment has passed through oneself the excited regulation mechanism to adjust the disorder of incretion and the action on energy metabolism for the obesed people, reduce an excessive appetite and induce decomposition of lipids, therapeutic using internal treatment methods with Chinese herbal medicine may well reduce high calorie intake and inhibit the absorption of calories, therefore can achieve the weight management goals, and improve obesity-related medical complications, physical function, and quality of life.
