摘要

目的：評估穴位埋線減重的效果。方法：在中醫門診隨機選取單純性肥胖患者，分為生活改變組與穴位埋線組，前者以規律運動和飲食為主；後者以注射針頭將羊腸線置入穴位。結果：臨床試驗組經過八次的埋線之後，體重、基礎代謝率、腰臀比與血脂指標都有明顯改善。結論：穴位埋線療法簡單、安全、經濟、療效好，適合推薦給單純性肥胖者。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of catgut embedding about weight loss at acupoint. Methods : In Chinese medicine clinic were randomly selected obese patients, divided into life change group with catgut embedding group, the former mainly to regular exercise and diet, the latter will be placed gut into the acupoints by injection needle. Results: The clinical trials group after eight of the embedding, the body weight, basal metabolic rate, waist-hip ratio and lipid levels have improved significantly. Conclusion: catgut embedding therapy is simple, safe, economical, effective, appropriate recommendations to the simple obesity.
