骨減壓針治療骨性關節炎的新進展

摘要

骨內壓升高是骨性關節炎發病過程中極為重要的一環，骨內高壓將加重病變的進程。骨減壓針直徑僅為1.1～1.3mm，在不需要借助任何器械的情況下可簡單進行對骨高壓的治療，大大改進了保守治療骨高壓症的治療方法。採用骨減壓針治療，可以有效降低骨內高壓，改善肢體供血情況。骨內靜脈淤滯伴骨內高壓是引起關節疼痛的重要原因，鑽孔可能使腔與皮下增加了新的迴圈通路。骨減壓針發揮了中醫學理論之中的筋骨並重的治療原則，提高臨床療效，值得推廣。

Hypertension pathogenesis of osteoarthritis is an extremely important part of the bone, the bone lesions in the high-pressure process will increase. The diameter of bone-decompression needle only 1.1 ~ 1.3 mm, in the case without the aid of any device can be a simple high-pressure treatment of the bone greatly improves the treatment of hypertension in the conservative treatment of bone. Using bone-decompression needle can effectively reduce intraosseous pressure, improve limb blood supply. The bone intraosseous venous stasis associated with hypertension is a major cause of joint pain, drilling may cause cavities and subcutaneous added a new loop path. Played a treatment principles in both bones among soft tissue theory with bone-decompression needle may improve the clinical efficacy, it is worth promoting.
