骨減壓針治療骨性關節炎的新進展

摘要


骨內壓升高是骨性關節炎發病過程中極為重要的一環,骨內高壓將加重病變的進程。骨減壓針直徑僅為1.1~1.3mm,在不需要借助任何器械的情況下可簡單進行對骨高壓的治療,大大改進了保守治療骨高壓症的治療方法。採用骨減壓針治療,可以有效降低骨內高壓,改善肢體供血情況。骨內靜脈淤滯伴骨內高壓是引起關節疼痛的重要原因,鑽孔可能使腔與皮下增加了新的迴圈通路。骨減壓針發揮了中醫學理論之中的筋骨並重的治療原則,提高臨床療效,值得推廣。
