心導管術後併發症之針灸治療－病例報告

摘要

心導管進針處之局部血管併發症是術後常見問題，本文介紹一位36歲女性因心導管檢查術後出現右手瘀青腫脹，疼痛麻木不解住院已十日，經相關神經傳導檢查無異常，使用多種止痛藥仍無法順利控制疼痛或緩解麻木，經會診中醫以針灸偕同治療二回後症狀穩定，得以出院，藉本文病例提供臨床施治之參考。

Vascular complication is the most common promblem after cardiac catheterization. We introduce a 36-year-old female patient who suffered from constant pain and numbness at right arm fwhich was also the asscess site for over ten days. The pain and numbness was poor controlled with varies anagesis using.NCV was normal. We were consulted for combination care with accupuncture therapy. After two times accupuncture the symptoms were well controlled, and the patient were agreed to be discharged. We present this case to provide doctors with reference materials in their clinical practice.
