摘要

八仙樂園粉塵爆炸造成數百人燒燙傷的意外事件，衍生出後續一連串燒燙傷患者照護的問題，文中先介紹民眾瞭解面對燒燙傷病人照護問題時應具有的觀念，接著介紹中醫面對燒燙傷患者照護所扮演的角色。

As hundreds of people injured in colored powder fire disaster at New Taipei City’s Formosa Fun Coast water park on Night 27 June 2015, treatment and follow-up care for patients with extensive burns is medically demanding. First of all, this paper describes the basic concepts when people confront with the daunting problems of patients who sustain burn injuries. Furthermore, we attempted to introduce the role of traditional Chinese medicine in treating burn injuries.
