膝關節骨性關節炎的功能測評法

摘要

膝關節骨性關節炎是臨床的常見病、多發病，易導致關節疼痛、下蹲受限與行走困難等，嚴重影響患者的生活品質和自理能力。治療膝關節骨性關節炎的方法眾多，且宣稱顯效，但國際上存在多種膝關節評分標準，這些標準都有一定的科學性、合理性和可操作性，絕大多數是以關節疼痛、關節功能以及關節活動範圍等內容進行評定。本文介紹國際期刊常引用的幾種膝關節量表功能評分方法如西安大略和麥克馬斯特大學骨關節炎指數、Lysholm膝關節評分、國際膝關節文獻委員會主觀膝部評估表、膝關節損傷和骨關節炎評分、美國特種外科醫院評分、美國膝關節協會評分、關節炎影響評估表2、王氏膝關節功能評估表等八項。同時也綜合介紹各項評分表在評價膝關節炎的嚴重程度以及對不同型態膝關節損傷的評估特色。

Knee osteoarthritis is a common clinical disease, frequently-occurring disease, easily lead to joint pain in patients, squat limited, difficult to walk, seriously affecting the patient's quality of life and self-care ability. There are many ways to treat knee osteoarthritis, mostly declared to be effective, but there are variety of international knee score criterias, these standards have a certain scientific, rational and operable, the vast majority of pain, joint function and Joint activity range and other content to assess. In this paper, we introduce eight types of knee joint scale scores such as Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC), Lysholm Knee Scale (LKS), IKDC score, Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS), score of American Special Surgery Hospital (score of the hospital for special surgery, HSS), American knees society score, (AKS), Arthritis Impact Measurement Scales 2 (AIMS2), and Wang's knee function evaluation table so on. This article also had comprehensive introduction of the score table in the evaluation of the severity of knee arthritis and the different types assessment characteristics of knee injury.
