中醫傷科輔助人員歷史考察與現代需求

中醫傷科是中醫的特色業務專長，台灣民眾對中醫傷科有高度需求，傷科業務約佔中醫門診的三成，但長期以來，缺少專責培育中醫傷科輔助人員之單位，致使台灣民眾在中醫傷科醫療需求項目無法得到滿足，民眾接受中醫傷科照護的權益未能獲得確保。本文探討中國歷史有關中醫傷科助理在醫療任務扮演之角色，並建議為了提升我國中醫傷科醫療品質，促進中醫傷科之現代化。一定要新設醫療人員項目，並從「教、考、用」三方面來健全中醫傷科的輔助醫療人員。

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) traumatology is a specialty business of Chinese medicine practitioners. Taiwanese people have a high demand for traumatic services of Chinese medicine, and traumatic services account for about 30% of Chinese medicine clinics. However, for a long time, TCM traumatology medical needs projects can not be met, the people receiving the rights and interests of TCM care of traumatology can not be secured. This article explores the role of Chinese medicine traumatic auxiliary staff for assistants in medical missions in Chinese history and suggests that in order to enhance the quality of Chinese medicine and traumatology and promote the modernization of traumatology. We must establish a new medical staff project and improve the paramedics of the TCM traumatology department from three aspects: teaching, test and use.
