摘要

刺絡放血療法是用特定針具刺破人體特定穴位或一定部位，放出一定量血液，以防治疾病的一種中醫外治法。無論是在民間還是在臨床都應用廣泛，有著顯著的療效。刺絡放血療法具有操作簡便、副作用少、療效快、節省時間、成本低廉等特點，具有廣闊的臨床發展前景。本文從理論依據、放血技術、近20年來刺絡放血療法的實驗研究與臨床研究進展，臨床部分是從內科、五官科、婦科、兒科、骨傷科、外科、皮膚科等科別來進行文獻綜述。

Pricking bloodletting therapy is a Chinese medicine external treatment method that uses a specific needle to pierce a specific acupuncture point or a certain part of the body and release a certain amount of blood to prevent and treat diseases. Whether it is widely used in the civil or clinical, it has a significant effect. Pricking bloodletting therapy has the characteristics of simple operation, less side effects, quick effect, time saving and low cost, and has broad clinical development prospects. This article is based on theoretical basis, bloodletting technology, experimental research and clinical research progress of puncture and bloodletting therapy in the past 20 years. The clinical part is literature review summary of the departments of internal medicine, ENT, gynecology, pediatrics, orthopedics, surgery, dermatology, etc.
