第三期慢性腎臟病中藥治療病例報告

此為50歲男性。公元1916年時腎臟科確診為慢性腎病第三期。於1917年初發現腎功能急速惡化，eGFR值下降至32，且有蛋白尿小便泡沫多，經一年的飲食控制調整生活作息觀察後仍無明顯好轉，於公元1918年中開始合併接受中醫治療，經中醫治療一年後，蛋白尿減輕，小便泡沫明減少，eGFR值回升至82，腎功能轉好至慢性腎病第二期。經中西合療後，這位第三期慢性腎病患者獲得很好的療效，以此病例分享經驗。慢性腎病中西醫合療是未來治療可以考慮的一個方向。

This is a 50-year-old man who used to have a history of hypertension, but he did not have diabetes or a history of taking painkillers. At 2016,he was diagnosed with third-stage chronic kidney disease which GFR value show 50. However, at the beginning of 2017, doctor found that his GFR value suddenly deteriorated to 32. After one year of observation and diet control, there was no significant improvement. Later, in 2018 , he came to seek for Chinese medicine intervention. After one year of treatment, his GFR value rose back to 82 CKD-StageII. After the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment, this patient who may face dialysis for chronic renal failure is living a better life with better renal function, better sleeping quality. I'm here to share this experiences and the chinse medicine formulae Gan jiang ban xia renshen wan for treating chronic kidney diease.
