決策過程中「資訊」、「認知」關係模型之建構與探討

Analysis and Construction of Information-Cognition Model in Decision Making Process

摘要


決策在管理學中是一個重要的課題,而決策的過程與「資訊」、「認知」有着高度的關係,「資訊」正確而及時則相對提高「決策」的正確性;反之,則降低「決策」的正確性。但同一「資訊」對不同的個人而言,會產出不同的「決策」結果,此即是「決策」不僅與「資訊」有關,亦與個人的「認知」條件有著密切的關係。因此,本文藉由「資訊」、「認知」的關係建構不同的象限區域,嘗試從不同的象限區域與結構方程式,來解釋決策產出的因果現象。

The relation between information and decision-making are closable, the correct and on time information will make a good decision; On the contrary, the wrong and slow information will make a bad decision. But the same information for different individuals will make different decision output. This means that decision output have the relations with information and personal cognition. For this reason, this article constructs the quadrangular theory of information and cognition that attempt to explain the complicated relation between information and cognition.
