摘要

本研究目的在探討智慧資本對高科技企業生產力的影響。透過理論與相關文獻之探討，以進行實證分析。本研究將智慧資本區分為人力資本、結構資本以及顧客資本此三大構面，本研究以新竹科學園區之高科技廠商為主要之研究對象，透過次級資料之蒐集，針對智慧資本三大構面包括人力資本、結構資本及顧客資本對高科技產業之生產力產生的影響進行相關分析及複迴歸分析。實證結果顯示，人力資本、結構資本及顧客資本皆會對高科技產業之生產力產生顯著的影響。此結果顯示，高科技企業的智慧資本對企業的生產是非常重要，企業應該重視並善用這些無形資產，方能為企業帶來更多經濟效益。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of intellectual capital on their productive ability. The intellectual capital is categorized into three dimensions including human capital, structural capital, and customer capital. The firms listed on OTC high-tech industries in Taiwan are selected as samples. Both correlation analysis and multiple regressions are used to analyze the collected data. The result indicates that human capital, structural capital, and customer capital significantly affect the productive ability of high-tech firms. Therefore, intellectual capital is very important for the production of industry. Manager should emphasize these invisible properties like intellectual capital to gain more economic benefits for their companies.
