大陸學生在台灣生活適應與學習滿意度之研究

摘要

本研究主要探討大陸學生在台灣就讀期間，所面臨的生活適應與其學習滿意度，且其如何影響其重返台灣攻讀更高學位與口碑推為親朋好友來台就讀之意願。本研究分為兩階段，第一階段進行問卷之發放，以三所私立大學之大陸學生為研究對象，發放169份問卷，回收121份。第二階段以6名陸生進行深度訪談，藉由深度訪談，讓陸生暢所欲言，以期暸解陸生實際的想法及心聲，並與問卷資料相互印證。研究發現，陸生因語言相同，因此在生活溝通與適應上，甚至學習互動，易於融入台灣生活，且在台灣花費也相當高，顯示陸生確實能對當地經濟有一定之貢獻。而在文化適應上，由於兩岸政經體制、教育方式、生活習俗等之差異，以及個人的心態及包容性之不同，使得陸生對文化產生相當程度之不適應，然而當陸生停留越久，此種不適應將消失；其次在教師教學、行政、學習效果等方面，陸生對台灣的學術與教學自由、彈性滿意度高。整體而言，台灣的生活環境與教學環境，對陸生有一定的吸引力，並反映在重返台灣攻讀學位及口碑推薦親朋好友來台就讀意願上。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the life adjustment and learning satisfaction of Mainland China students studying in Taiwanese universities and how those factors affect their willingness to come back to Taiwan for an advanced degree and highly recommend Taiwanese schools to their friends and families.There are two steps in the study. In the first step, 169 questionnaires were distributed to Mainland China students studying in 2 universities in northern Taiwan and 1 university in central Taiwan, and 121 valid responses were obtained. In the second step, Individual in-depth interviews were conducted with 6 Mainland China students in 2 universities in northern Taiwan. The data gathering from in-depth interviews were used to clarify ambiguous answers received in the questionnaire survey.The results are summarized as follows. First, Mainland China students easiy adapt themselves to the environment in Taiwan because of the same language. In addition, they contribute to the local economy more or less for their high expense. Mainland China students have some culture shock for the political system, education and life styles. The intensity of culture shock depends on personal flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity. However, the longer they stay in Taiwan, the better they adjust to the way of life. Meanwhile, Mainland China students were highly satisfied with academic freedom and the friendly assistance provided by school faculty in TaiwanIn sum, we find that Mainland China students have considerable satisfaction with both learning and life environments in Taiwan, which would increase their willingness to come back to Taiwan for an advanced degree and highly recommend Taiwan schools to their friends and families.
