本研究旨在以Crawford等人發展之休閒阻礙模式及其所編製的休閒阻礙量表為基礎,建構與驗證台灣日間部大學生休閒阻礙模式及測量工具。本研究以日間部大學生為研究對象,共進行兩次問卷調查,分別發出問卷450份,第一次回收有效問卷398份,有效問卷回收率為88.4%,並對問卷回收資料施以偏態與峰度檢驗、項目分析、信度測試、探索性因素分析。第二次回收有效問卷407份,有效問卷回收率為90.4% , 並對問卷回收資料施以驗證性因素分析,共萃取三個因素,計有個人內在阻礙、人際間阻礙、結構性阻礙,保留十四個測量題項,全量表之α係數達.8以上,顯示其內部一致性佳。假設模式經修改後,再經第二次驗證性因素分析,結果顯示,修改模式整體適配度良好,適合使用於日間部大學生休閒阻礙之相關研究。
The purpose of this study was to construct and confirm the model and the measure instrument of leisure constraint of university students of the day division, which was based on the model of leisure constraint and the Leisure Constraint Statements (LCS) developed by Crawford et al. The population of this study was university students of the day division, and surveys were conducted during two different periods of time by random sample selection. Four hundred and fifty (450) students were surveyed each time, and 398 valid survey instruments were returned in the first period of time, constituting 88.4% rate of valid instrument. The data collected were analyzed by skewness and kurtosis statistics, item analysis, reliability estimation, exploratory factor analysis. In the second period of time, 407 valid survey instruments were returned in the first period of time, constituting 90.4% rate of valid instrument. Three factors were extracted from the results, including intrapersonal constraints, interpersonal constraints, structural constraints; 14 items in the LCS were retained. The Crobach alpha coefficient in entire instrument was significantly greater than 0.8. Thus, high internal consistency of the survey instrument was revealed. In addition, after modification of the model of leisure constraint, results of the confirmatory factor analysis indicated the good overall fit of this model was demonstrated. Therefore, the model is good for using in related studies of leisure constraint of day division university students.
