創意教學異於傳統教學,是一種活潑、有創意的教學,能激發每位學生產生新的點子或作品。創意教學的目的乃在激發學生以知識和經驗為基礎,發揮想像力與創造力,解決問題,發揮創意。本研究利用「ATDE」模式(陳龍安,1995)作為創意思考教學之依據,希望透過問、想、做、評的過程,使學生在進行英語話劇時充分呈現創意。本研究的對象為進修專校的成人學生,其英語程度普遍不佳。因此,本研究的目的,乃是希望能透過創意教學,使成人學習者進行創意學習活動,並使成人學習者獲得自主性學習的能力,解決問題的能力,與人溝通協調互動學習的能力,及提升對學科的興趣、動機與能力。
Creative teaching with an active and creative way to encourage individual student to develop new idea or work is very different from traditional teaching. The purpose for Creative Teaching is to encourage students based on their diverse knowledge and experiences to create new ideas in the learning. In this study, adult learners in the Affiliated College of Continuing Education are with low proficiency in English. The purpose of this study is to examine ATDE model (Chen, 1995[1]) in English creative role-play teaching. The results of the study prove that the creativity teaching based on ATDE model can help adult learners develop the abilities of self-directed learning, problem solving, coordinating and promote the interest and motivation in English course.
