摘要
基督教視角下關於「愛」與「正義」關係的討論，尤其是愛的價值如何影響正義的內涵這一問題，不僅關乎基督教價值的社會、政治意涵，而且可以幫助我們從宗教的視角考察當代政治理論對於正義問題與宗教、道德關係的一般爭論。本文從梳理愛與正義的基本關係開始，圍繞奧古斯丁、尼布爾、沃爾特斯托夫和傑克遜等基督教思想家闡析他們對於愛與正義關係的基本觀點以及他們之間的相互關聯和差異，並在這些基督教思想資源的基礎上重新審視正義的的根源、局限與指向。本文特別指出基督教關於人性的考量及其愛的道德理想對於政治正義的意義，持守平等的正義需要宗教的道德參與以及超驗的維度。

The Christian discourse on love and justice, especially regarding the implications of Christian love in the meaning of justice, not only bears Christian values' social and political significance but also contributes to the debate on justice in general from religious perspective. Starting with the basic relationship between Christian love and justice, this article studies the ideas on this topic by St. Augustine, Reinhold Niebuhr, Nicholas Wolterstorff, and Timothy Jackson and the divergence and relevance among them, and re-examines the origin, limits and direction of justice based on these Christian resources. It highlights the implications of Christian doctrine of human nature and the ideal of love for political conception of justice and argues that the principle of equity in justice demands religious moral engagement and transcendental dimension.
