照顧一位卵巢癌婦女接受手術的護理經驗
Nursing Experience in Caring for a Woman with Ovarian Cancer
摘要
本報告在探討照顧一位39歲女性，因卵巢瘤做腹腔鏡，行卵巢部份切除後，病理報告為惡性卵巢癌，再次入院接受手術治療的護理經驗及其身心反應與調適行為。護理期間自九十三年五月四日至九十三年五月十九日，藉由會談、觀察、檢驗檢查及手術後病理報告結果，再根據11項健康功能性型態評估為依據發現病人有焦慮、潛在危險性感染、睡眠型態紊亂、身體心像紊亂等護理問題。在護理過程中以同理心、真誠的態度及良好治療性關係的建立，提供專業知識、協助其面對焦慮、使身心不適狀況獲得改善，能逐漸走向面對疾病與治療疾病；藉由此護理經驗期能提供護理人員積極參與癌症病人的照顧，尤其是初次被診斷癌症的病人，協助她面對手術後生活問題及提昇生活品質。

The aim of this report is to discuss the postoperative nursing experience in caring for a 39 year-old woman who had undergone videolaparoscopy with unilateral partial oophorectomy for newly diagnosed ovarian cancer.The nursing period was from May 4 to 19, 2004. By conversation with and observation of the patient, it was noted that she struggled with anxiety, sleep disturbance, and concern about her body image, Physical parameter were monitored by checking lab report, the final pathology report, and Gordon's 11 functional health patterns. The patient's anxiety and psychosomatic discomfort were improved by nurses' sympathy and honesty in the context of a good nurse-patient relationship, all of which helped her to face her disease and accept the recommended treatment. This is active involvement by the nursing staff can improve the care we offer to patients with newly diagnosed cancer.
