摘要
“失落”這個名詞在護理的文章或是在臨床上經常被使用，但對於失落這個概念並沒有一個明確的定義特徵可供參考，當護理人員面對失落的個案時會顯得無所適從，故本文依據Walker和Avent（1995）所提出的標準化概念分析步驟來對「失落」進行概念分析，擬出此概念適當的定義特徵、屬性並建立典型案例（model case）、邊緣案例（borderline case）與相反案例（contrary case）加以說明，並分析失落的前因（antecedents）後果（congruency），再列舉常見實證參考文獻（empirical references），以便於和相關概念做區別，希冀對失落概念的釐清，使護理人員對此概念有正確認知，進而應用於護理專業領域上。

The term ”loss” is used frequently in the nursing literature and applied by nurses in the clinical setting. However, the concept of loss is poorly defined. This paper attempts made to analyze the concept. Using the classic concept analysis framework developed by Walker and Avant (1995), loss is analyzed, critical attributes are distilled, and the literature is reviewed. After clarifying a definition of loss, model, borderline, and contrary cases are constructed. Antecedents and consequences of loss are analyzed, and empirical referents that exemplify the concept of loss are identified. The purpose is to clarify the concept for nurses who must help patients deal with loss.
