中文版夫勒斯諾量表(Fresno Test)在實證健康照護訓練評值之簡介

摘要

實證健康照護（evidence-based health care）實踐，是指有效運用最好的研究證據、結合病人價值觀與專家意見，在臨床決策的整合。實證健康臨床照護應用需要基本的知識，還有搜尋最佳文獻能力及嚴格評讀文獻證據的技巧及運用在病人身上，並檢討實施的成效。夫勒斯諾量表是用來評估實證健康照護能力，共有12個測驗題目，包括7個問答題，2個數學運算的問題及3個填空題，總分為212分。必須使用至少30分鐘完成測驗，依據實證步驟針對形成臨床問題、搜尋能力、文獻評析及臨床運用等四個範疇進行評量。中文版夫勒斯諾量表通過翻譯和回譯的程序驗證，以確保概念和屬性等同英文原版的量表，採專家效度，依量表的合適性及對等性及辭清晰度，進行審查，具有良好的信效度。本中文版夫勒斯諾量表信效度與原文量表相似，為一客觀具信效度且合適評估實證醫事人員參加實證健康照護訓練成效之量表。

Evidence-based health care(EBHC) is the integration of the best research evidence with patients' values and clinical circumstances in clinical decision making. The practice of EBHC involves some basic knowledge and skills related to searching and evaluating medical literature. Teaching of EBHC in Taiwan should be evaluated and guided by in evidence of its own effectiveness. The Fresno Test is designed to assess the competence EBHC of individual learners with 12 questions (7 short essay questions, 2 calculation questions, and 3 ill in the blank questions) and standardized grading rubrics. The abilities of to perform EBHC process (ask, acquire, appraise, and apply) on real clinical scenarios are put into test using the instrument, that requires at least 30 minutes to finish. Chinese version of the Fresno Test was adapted and validated through the procedure of translation and back-translation to ensure equivalence in conceptual and psychometric properties as the original version in English.
