有快樂的主管才有快樂的員工,尤其醫院人數最多的護理領導者的快樂、痛苦感受勢必攸關醫院績效,主管若樂於工作將有助於提高其工作績效及生產力,若感受痛苦則終致疲潰,倦勤並萌生離職意願。但目前對於護理主管工作快樂、痛苦之自我感受研究不足,而了解護理行管理者在工作中的快樂及痛苦感受,將有助於醫院領導者清楚其工作壓力的來源並據此研擬對策。故本文整理文獻針對護理行政管理者快樂與痛苦情緒感受之定義、快樂及痛苦情緒感受與工作績效之相關研究、影響快樂痛苦情緒感受之因素並將增進工作中快樂感受之策略提出建議,期望醫療院所重視護理行政管理者工作中的快樂與痛苦感受俾使能樂在工作,如此方能正向引導護理人員繼而提升專業照護品質。
Happy nursing administrative leaders are capable of guiding happy employees, especially guiding largest number of nursing administrative staff. Being happy or being unhappy directly impacts the hospital performance. If employees are joyful in the workplace, their performance and productivity are also better. On the contrary, unhappy and depressed employees also tend to leave workplace easily. Regard to this, this article will serve as the references for discussion on: definitions of senses of well-being and unhappiness, related research about sense of well-being and unhappiness as well as job performance, related factors that influence senses of well-being and unhappiness. Besides, the content will put forward the strategies and suggestions to enhance sense of well-being of nursing administrative staff in health care professionals, and also provide medical team leader with feeling good at work and decrease sense of unhappiness or frustration at workplace.
