摘要

夥伴關係是一種用心體會對方，調整人際關係中的互惠以及不對等付出的心智歷程。本論文旨在以北京協和醫學院，將英美醫護教育融入中國社會的事例，探究夥伴關係發展的實質內容與過程，最後並討論夥伴關係中的超越性及道德實踐。

Partnership is the mental processes of being aware, and of adjusting to the inequitable and reciprocal giving among partners. Through retrospective studies, this article examines the context, evidences, and development of partnership between Peking Union Medical College (PUMC) and the National Defense Medical Center (NDMC), an exemplary blending of western health professional education into Chinese society. The authors also discuss the transcendence and moral praxis of partnerships.
