運用資訊結合實證文獻於臨床護理照護

Using Information with Evidence-based Study on Clinical Nursing Practice

摘要

隨著實證醫學觀念的發展，臨床實務醫療照護已將實證文獻的論述，做為臨床照護指引的決策依據，實證護理重視病人的生活品質與感受，除了需要尋找隨機對照的量性研究外，更要探討質性研究的文獻。如何有效地查詢到實證醫學文獻，資訊的使用就成為最有利的工具，本文以三方面說明運用實證護理資料庫，執行搜尋現有最佳的量、質性研究證據，包括實證醫學的概念、實證護理文獻搜尋範例與護理資訊應用的介紹。根據Brown (2008)學者的研究，組織中護理人員因工作而缺少時間練習實證是推動實證護理主要的關鍵障礙。因此本文希望透過介紹容易使用的實證護理資訊平台，並簡要說明如何利用實證護理資料庫來進行搜尋，讓護理人員可以更容易進入實證護理應用的領域，提升自我的專業能力與醫療判斷，在花費時間相對較少下，迅速作出最佳的臨床決策，以提供病人最優質的照護品質。

During the past several years, the concept of evidence-based medicine (EBM) has been well-developed and incorporated into clinical practice guidelines and the policy-making of medical care. As focused on the clinical practice and quality of life in patient care, evidence-based nursing (EBN) emphasizes the exploration of both randomized control trials and qualitative researches. This article demonstrates examples of EBN literature searching through electronic databases and the strategies in retrieving the best quantitative and qualitative research evidence in current as well as the experience of designing a user-friendly information interface for nurses to enhance their motivation in literature retrieving. According to Brown (2008), ignorance and lack of practicing time of staff are major obstacles for organization in promoting evidence-based nursing. With the establishment of the EBN literature database entry, all nurses would be able to participate in the evidence-based practice more easily, to enhance the professional capability to execute the best and rapid medical decision-making under limited time, and to provide the highest quality of patient care.
