摘要

經絡學說是中醫學重要的基礎理論之一，是中醫闡明和分析生理、病理、診斷與治療的重要依據。經絡的主要生理功能有聯繫上下內外，協調統一；通行氣血營衛，抗禦外邪；對刺激的感覺有傳遞和通導的作用；調節人體機能平衡。現代解剖學研究已詳細找出針灸穴位的準確位置及相關的解剖構造，但隨著生物科技的進步，不斷地有新的發現，如針刺穴位可啟動細胞內的鈣離子推動釋放內生性嗎啡，穴位與多覺型受器有關。十總穴是將十個具有全身性主治功能的特效穴位累積歸納成歌訣，各個穴位都有其通過的經絡及其主治疾病，位於各經絡之重要部位更是其精華處，因此十總穴的臨床應用範圍很廣。本文由中醫解剖生理層次介紹經絡學說，整合西方醫學已證實有關經絡穴位之研究，介紹十二正經及十總穴之臨床應用，期望在科學依據範圍內，特別是當無醫療設備藥材情況時，能應用經絡穴位知識，以簡易療法達到有效預防及改善症狀的目的。

This article provides the scientific basis for the clinical application on ten total acupuncture points of human meridian system from the aspects of anatomy, physiology and research confirmed by western medicine. Meridian theory is a significant basic theory that explains physiology, pathology, diagnosis and treatment in Chinese medicine. The main physiological function of meridian system is to provide connective channels in the human body from up to down, and from inside to outside. It maintains body homeostasis through this integrative system for blood circulation and for resisting exogenous pathogens. Modern anatomy research has found the exact positions of acupuncture points and the relevant anatomy of body structure. The ten total acupuncture points is a verse that contains the ten special curing function acupuncture points. Each acupuncture point cures its corresponding disease, especially those in the important and essential part of the meridian. Therefore, the range of the clinical application of ten total points is wide. Without special equipment and medications, the ten acupuncture points can be easily used to prevent and relieve patient symptoms.
