企業管理時代下的護理領導趨勢

The Trend of Nursing Leadership in the Era of Business Management

摘要


護理專業置身於21世紀充滿競爭與多變的企業管理時代,科技化、資訊化、全球化與績效化管理已對各產業產生極大影響,於面臨市場競爭、品質提升與消費者導向之趨勢下,醫療情境日趨複雜已非昔日所能相比。傳統教育培養之思維與管理模式已難適用於現今的醫療市場,導致護理領導人對專業應朝向保持現況或獨立創業間產生極大之矛盾,故強化以企業管理方式解決專業所面對的困境倍顯重要。護理領導人為醫療領導團隊之一,若持續身陷人力不足與專業功能難以凸顯之困境,除影響專業定位與發展,難以彰顯專業內涵與提升績效、限制服務領域拓展及降低競爭力,更難以統領護理團隊突破框架與走向藍海。本文將由文獻查證探討企業管理時代下領導人如何強化護理產品的規劃與行銷、提升管理效能與開發人力資源,進而協助護理專業展現其獨特性、效能與產值。

This article explores how nursing leaders can strengthen nursing abilities to improve nursing products, design and marketing; promote effectiveness and increase nursing workforce; and demonstrate the uniqueness, efficiency and value in nursing profession. The nursing profession faces rapid changes in technology, information, globalization and performance management in the 21st century. Healthcare became more complicated by current market competition, demands for improved quality, and consumer-oriented trend. Traditional thought process and management styles do not meet the demands of the current healthcare industry. Nursing leaders experience great conflicts between maintaining the nursing profession status quo and the beginning of an independent enterprise. The incorporation of business management in nursing becomes more imperative. A chronic nursing shortage and limits to professional functions will not only negatively impact the nursing position of the medical care team, but also their professional ability, development, effectiveness, expansion, competitive power and leadership.
