摘要

提供兒童癌症存活者及家屬具生活品質的照護一直是醫護人員努力的目標。長期追蹤照護計畫的建立可以提供兒癌存活者和家庭更完善的照護品質。本文透過文獻闡述兒童癌症在治療後可能產生的延遲性副作用、危險因子以及健康問題，並說明長期追蹤照護計畫的條件和執行障礙，期盼透過此文章可以促進兒童癌症存活者長期追蹤照護模式的建立，讓癌症兒童存活者和家庭皆能持續且獲得高品質照護。

Setting up a continuous long-term care plan to provide quality of life care in childhood cancer survivors and their family is a goal for healthcare providers. This article reviews literature on the late effects, risk factors, and health-related issues that might occurred post cancer treatments. The author presents the basic elements and barriers in the development of long-term follow-up care for childhood cancer survivors and family.
