摘要

睡眠品質在個人的身心健康的滿意上扮演一個重要的角色，癌症兒童住院期間常因疾病、症狀及治療環境而干擾睡眠，造成其及家庭的身心壓力。癌症兒童睡眠問題、影響睡眠品質因素及睡眠品質評估方法為本文重點，期藉此綜論提供給兒童癌症相關照護人員參考，提醒臨床照護上需更加關注及重視睡眠問題。

Quality of sleep plays an important role in the satisfaction of physical and mental health. Sleep disturbance caused by disease, symptoms of treatment and hospital environment contribute to both physical and mental stress to pediatric patients and their family. This article focuses on sleep problems, factors affecting sleep quality, and sleep quality assessment methods in children with cancer. This review serves as a reference to increase awareness for professional healthcare providers of the sleep problems in children with cancer.
