Cancer patient experience ongoing physical symptoms, psychosocial distress, financial concerns, poor social network, and family caregivers are all important pillars of support for cancer patients during the treatment, remission and palliative stages of their disease. As the blooming of technology network advanced, the traditional face-to-face caregiver support may not be able to meet the higher needs of the family caregivers. The purpose of this article is to describe the caregiving burden and influencing factors in caregivers among cancer patients, to reviewe the effect of web-based support for family caregivers from various countries and to give specific suggestions for the future development of web-based caregiver support systems. We expect to apply intelligent technology care model to improve the quality care of cancer patients and their families.
