摘要

我國空中傷患後送（aeromedical evacuation, AE）系統之建構與訓練始於空軍，1959年9月1日空軍「空中傷患後送分隊」成立至今已一甲子。空中傷患後送除了是航空護理專業之展現，更彰顯了軍陣護理的獨特性，空軍航空護理師平日的扎實訓練，是為了在災難應變期中肩負起空中傷患後送的重任，為傷患撤離、提供適切航程照護、使傷患接受更進一步的治療及護理不遺餘力。惟國內外均少有對空中傷患後送與航空全期護理的相關論述，故本文透過文獻回顧並整理我國及美國空軍現行制度規範，簡介航空全期護理於空中傷患後送的應用，航空全期護理包括空中傷患後送前的交班、鑑傷暨傷患準備與載運計畫，空中傷患後送中的航程照護及空中傷患後送後的追蹤與回報。最後，航空全期護理是奠基於航空護理專業理論的實務，是具有獨特性及專業性的護理領域，是軍陣及災難護理不可或缺的實務，且未來仍有很大的發展潛力與機會。

The Republic of China Air Force Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) system was established in 1959. For the past 60 years, Air Force flight nurses played the role of leader, innovator, educator, and decision-maker in the AE system. Flight nurses were trained to carry the mission to respond and evacuate patients in both peaceful and war/disaster times. However, there were few discussions regarding aeromedical evacuation system and flight nursing. This article reviews literature and organizes the current aeromedical evacuation system and related regulations of both Taiwan and the United States Air Force. Peri-flight nursing is a nursing specialty comprised of pre, inter and post aeromedical evacuation nursing. Flight nurses work closely with pilot, crew chief, load master and aeromedical evacuation technician. In summary, Peri-flight nursing based on flight nursing expertise theory, a unique and professional nursing field, is an indispensable corner of the military and disaster nursing. It has great development potential and opportunities in the future.
