COVID-19病人之手術全期感染管制照護
Perioperative Infection Control and Care for Covid-19 Patients
摘要
COVID-19是2019年底由新型冠狀病毒所致之新興傳染病，因其病毒傳染性高，疫情爆發後便迅速肆虐全球，引發全球性恐慌，且隨著疫情持續蔓延，國際間不乏醫療機構發生院內群聚感染之例。然疑似或確診COVID-19病人仍有緊急手術之需求，而手術室屬高疾病傳播風險區域，故針對疑似或確診病人建立適當之手術感染管制作業流程確有其必要性。本文回顧國內外有關新興傳染病之手術感染管制經驗與建議的相關文獻，針對手術前期、中期及後期感染管制照護措施作討論，期能提供護理人員疑似或確診COVID-19病人手術全期感染管制照護措施之相關資訊，有助其發展明確且整合手術前、中、後期含麻醉之手術感染管制作業流程，以降低疾病傳播風險，維護醫療人員與病人之安全，並提升COVID-19手術病人的照護品質。

Covid-19, which was first discovered at the end of 2019, is an emerging infectious disease caused by a novel type of coronavirus. Due to its high infectivity, Covid-19 has rapidly swept the world since its outbreak, causing a global pandemic. In addition, as the pandemic continues to spread globally, multiple incidents of nosocomial infection have been reported. Suspected or confirmed Covid-19 cases still need to access emergency surgery; however, since operating rooms have a high risk of disease transmission, it is necessary to establish appropriate surgical infection control procedures for such patients. This study reviewed related domestic and foreign experiences and recommendations for the pre-, intra-, and post-operative infection control of emerging infectious diseases and discussed associated infection control measures. The purpose of the study was to provide nursing staff with information on the perioperative infection control and care of suspected or confirmed Covid-19 patients. The results of the study may facilitate the development of a clear and integrated infection control system before, during, and after surgery, including anesthesia, thereby reducing the risk of disease transmission, ensuring the safety of medical staff and patients, and improving the quality of care for Covid-19 patients undergoing surgery.
