運用混成教學提升護理人員於新型心臟電擊器操作之正確率

Use Blended Teaching to Improve Accuracy in the Operation of New Cardiac Defibrillator in Nursing Staff

摘要


背景:近年面臨心臟電擊器新舊機型更替,臨床曾發生護理人員因不熟悉操作新型心臟電擊器,差點延誤醫療處置事件,而後調查發現護理人員於新型心臟電擊器認知正確率為84.6%、操作正確率為83.3%。分析造成問題之主因為:護理人員學習不完整、教學策略不完善、無簡易中文版操作手冊。目的:改善護理人員於新型心臟電擊器操作之正確率。解決方案:專案執行期間自2020年6月1日至2020年11月30日,規劃相關措施如實體及線上課程、製作圖解步驟之操作提示卡、擬真訓練、拍攝示範影片等。結果:護理人員於新型心臟電擊器操作之正確率由83.3%增加至96.8%,認知得分正確率由84.6%提升至100%。結論:此專案能有效提升護理人員於新型心臟電擊器操作之專業知能。

Background: A new model of cardiac defibrillators replaced the previous model in recent years. However, there have been clinical incidents in proper operation related to nursing staff's lack of skills. In a subsequent investigation revealed that the nursing staff's correct cognition rate of new cardiac defibrillators was 84.6% and the operation accuracy was 83.3%. Analysis of the reasons included incomplete learning, imperfect teaching strategies, and lack of the concise version of operation manual in Chinese. Purposes: To improve the accuracy in the operation of the new cardiac defibrillators in nursing staff. Solutions: The project implementation period from June 1 to November 30, 2020. Strategies included both physical and online courses, the production of a quick reference card, simulation training and demonstration videos. Results: Nursing staff accuracy rate in the operation of the new cardiac defibrillators increased from 83.3% to 96.8% and the correct cognition rate increased from 84.6% to 100%. Conclusion: This strategy effectively improves the professional knowledge of nursing staff in the operation of new cardiac defibrillators.
