製造業導入行動電子商務關鍵成功因素之研究

摘要


由於無線網路的崛起與推廣,企業尋求以電子化來強化體質與競爭力,以其能使營運效率更提昇。因為技術門檻的降低與取得途徑的多元,發展出讓不同無線上網設備連線接收內容的整合性解決方案等,掀開了行動電子商務的舞台,並以迅雷不及掩耳的速度創造行動化潮流。行動電子商務尚處萌芽的階段,國內企業應用方面仍未見有較成熟的案例。學術界在行動電子商務的研究上,多以行動科技的發展及行動通訊技術方面的研究探討居多。然而,在管理實施議題上研究報告十分有限。對於製造業行動電子商務的導入目前尚無相關研究文獻。因此,本研究以製造業為背景,探討行動電子商務導入的相關議題。本研究設計採用單一個案多重分析單元的個案研究法,以製造業的半導體廠為研究對象。探討行動電子商務導入和製造執行系統整合過程,分析個案公司導入行動電子商務系統改善作業流程前後差異比較,並驗證黃佳櫻提出行動電子商務關鍵成功因素的七個構面,建構適合製造業導入行動電子商務關鍵成功因素。藉由M公司導入行動電子商務成功案例,可提供企業導入行動電子商務之參考。

Because of the rise and wide use of wireless network, many business owners seek e-business to increase their companies' competitiveness and operation efficiency. With the ease and multiple paths for obtaining technology, an integrated method has been developed to allow different mobile equipments to connect with the Internet. It finally opens up the stage of Mobile Commerce, and creates a new trend for mobilization at the shortest time.The mobile commerce is still at the incubation stage, and there are few successful examples. Most academic researches on M-commerce aim at the development of mobile technology and mobile communication technology. However, it seems to be quite limited for the papers focusing the topics on managerial implementation by empirical research. As to the manufacturing enterprises, there are still no any reports in the literatures. Therefore, it is my intension to study the effects of introduction of M-commerce into manufacturing enterprises.The research will adopt the single case study approach with multiple units of analysis. The case company is a semi-conductor manufacturer. The discussion will emphasized on the problems and solutions encountered during the process of system integration when M-commerce is introduced into Manufacturing Execution system. The comparison will also be made for the difference in operation processes before and after introduction the M-commerce. Finally, the seven key successful factors proposed by Hwang are verified and ranked based on its importance. By means of this successful case of M-commerce introduction for M-company, the research result may provide other manufacturers who wish to introduce M-commerce as a valuable reference.
