國小學童探索教育課程實施歷程及其對班級凝聚力影響之行動研究

The Action Research of Implementation Process for an Adventure Education Courses on Primary School Students' Class Cohesion

摘要


目的:本研究旨在將探索教育發展為實際的教學設計,並應用在國小四年級班級經營中,探討其實施歷程與實施後之成效。方法:本研究以行動研究法進行,課程實施內容為期十週的十七個探索教育活動。結果:發現探索教育課程透過熱身破冰、溝通、信任、解決問題等四個階段活動,讓國小學童透過分享拉近距離、遵守規矩、彼此信任、和諧相處、勇敢嘗試與齊心合作,增進的社會與工作凝聚力。

This study used action research method and the aim was to integrate adventure education to develop a set of instructional courses for fourth-grade students’ class managing, to discuss the implementation process and to observe the changes in the situation after the courses for the class cohesion. The implementations duration encompasses 10 weeks, a total of 17 adventure education classes. Through a series of activities which covered a range of experiences: warmup, communication, trust, and problem solving, these students were sharing feelings, following rules, getting along well, and working as a team. As the results, the adventure education courses could increase the class group cohesion for primary school students.
