菁英軟式網球選手知覺教練權力類型與團隊凝聚力:全國運動會之資格賽及會內賽的改變

Perception of Coach Empowerment and Team Cohesion Among Elite Soft Tennis Players: The Difference of the Qualifying and Tournament in the National Games

摘要


目的:研究目的在探討不同「專項位置選手」在資格賽及會內賽的知覺教練權力類型與團隊凝聚力之差異。此外,也分析資格賽及會內賽的知覺教練權力類型與每週訓練天數對團隊凝聚力之影響。方法:本研究對象為全國運動會軟網選手作為研究的對象共118位。研究工具包括教練領導行為團隊凝聚力量表,並在全國運動會之資格賽與會內賽進行問卷施測。本研究採用二因子混合設計變異數與多元逐步迴歸分析。結果:研究結果顯示,後衛選手知覺教練權力類型,以及人際親和與團隊適應的團隊凝聚力顯著高於前衛選手,且不同賽期產生交互作用。此外,軟式網球選手在資格賽時,知覺教練強制型與利酬型的權力類型顯著預測團隊凝聚力,但在參與會內賽時,軟式網球選手知覺規範型的教練權力類型顯著有校預測團隊凝聚力。結論:若運動教練在訓練場所中,多給予適當的情境及任務刺激,其團隊凝聚力,可影響選手在競技運動上的表現。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of coach empowerment and team cohesion on different specific positions. Additionally, this study analyzed the effects of coach empowerment and training days per a week on team cohesion for the qualifying and tournament of the National Games. Method: There were 118 soft tennis players of the National Games in this study. The instruments included the Coach Empowerment and Team Cohesion Scales, and administered the scales to them during the qualifying and tournament in the National Games. The Two-way Mix ANOVA and Stepwise Regression were used to analyze the data. Result: Soft tennis guard players had significantly perceived coach empowerment, and interpersonal affinity and team adaptation of team cohesion than soft tennis avant-garde players. Also, the game periods were significant interaction by specific positions. In addition, perceived mandatory and reward types of coach empowerment could significantly predicted team cohesion on soft tennis players during the qualifying in the National Games. On other hands, perceived normative type of coach empowerment could significantly predicted team cohesion on soft tennis players during the tournament in the National Games. Conclusion: Coach could provide adaptive train environment and task stimulating, which may affect team cohesion in order to have higher sport performance.
