本研究旨在探討大學生身體活動態度、休閒滿意度對主觀幸福感之影響,並暸解不同性別在身體活動態度、休閒滿意度及主觀幸福感上之差異情形。以大葉大學學生爲研究對象,採便利抽樣方式,問卷回收後扣除無效問卷,共得有效問卷673份,所得資料經描述統計、信度分析、t檢定、皮爾森積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析與討論,結果發現:1.性別在身體活動態度的「競爭與勝利的追求」、「身體適應與運動技能」構面達顯著差異,且男生高於女生。2.性別在休閒滿意度的「心理因素」、「整體滿意度」構面達顯著差異,以男生高於女生。3.不同性別的主觀幸福感在「整體生活滿意」、「正面情緒」、「負面情緒」均達顯著差異,以女生的感受高於男生。4.身體活動態度中,人際溝通、增進美學、身心放鬆、身體適應、運動技能和獲得成就感等構面與整體生活滿意達顯著正相關。5.休閒滿意度各構面與整體生活滿意、正面情緒均達顯著正相關。6.增進美學、社交因素、人際溝通、身心放鬆等構面對整體生活滿意有顯著預測力,聯合預測力達9.8%,其中以增進美學預測值最高。7.放鬆因素、獲得成就感、社交因素等構面對整體正面情緒有顯著預測力,聯合預測力達12.50%,以放鬆因素預測值最高。建議:積極培養正面的身體活動態度與促進休閒滿意度,有助於正面情緒與整體生活滿意之主觀幸福感。
The primary purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship among physical activity attitude, leisure satisfaction and subjective well-being of college students. The researchers also tried to understand how various gender variables affect the relationship between physical activity attitude, leisure satisfaction and subjective well-being. Convenient sampling method was adopted to survey college students from Da-Yeh University. The effective respondents were 673. Data were treated by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results were as followings: a. The physical activity attitude of male students was significant higher than female in competition-victor aspirer, physical-adapt and exercise-skill. b. The leisure satisfaction of male students was significant higher than female in psychology factor, overall satisfaction. c. The subject well-being of female students was significant higher than male in overall life satisfaction, position emotion, negative emotion. d. There were significant and positive correlations among overall life-satisfaction and interpersonal communicative, esthetic, psychosomatic relax, physical-adapt and exercise-skill, gain effort of physical activity attitude. e. There was a positive correlation between leisure satisfaction and overall life- satisfaction, positive emotion. f. Predicting power of subjective well-being for overall leisure satisfaction, physical-adapt and exercise-skill, gain effort and interpersonal communicative was 10.5%, while ”overall leisure satisfaction” possessed highest predicting power. g. Predicting power of subjective well-being for overall positive emotion, relax factor, gain effort, and interpersonal communicative was 13.0%, while ”overall leisure satisfaction” possessed highest predicting power. The study suggests that physical activity attitudes, leisure satisfaction should be promoted and encouraged to the university students; and helpful promoted positive emotion and overall life satisfaction of subject well-being.
