「國際島嶼、海上明珠」,澎湖所屬離島地區四面環海,擁有天然資源優勢,是發展生態觀光的好地區,島嶼觀光是諸多島嶼的主要經濟來源,然而澎湖島嶼本身的環境承載量有限、水資源不足、聯外交通成本高等因素,使得澎湖在積極推動發展觀光的同時,卻也犧牲了澎湖島嶼優良的生活品質。本研究以問卷調查的方式取得澎湖遊客的旅遊型態,以聯合分析探討澎湖地區參與水域遊憩活動遊客對於澎湖地區島嶼觀光之偏好,並比較影響島嶼觀光產品之屬性間的相對重要程度。經由專家訪談及文獻回顧,本研究獲得五項澎湖地區島嶼觀光產品屬性,各屬性均有兩個水準,經由正交設計組合成八個替選方案,提供給研究參與者進行偏好排序評估,再以聯合選擇模式分析。研究結果顯示在相對重要性分析中,以個人旅遊費用最高、次爲主要搭乘交通工具和旅遊停留時間,建議業者在發展島嶼觀光套裝行程的安排,可將整體行程安排在四天以內、讓遊客以較快速的交通工具,有充裕的時間至島嶼觀光。
Conjoint analysis is a set of comprehensive and analytical methods that can be used to analyze consumers' preference on product attributes. The purpose of this research is to find out consumers' preference toward attributes of water recreation. Six important water recreation's attributes, price, time, transport, water activities, motivations, and accommodation, are been chosen to be our factors. Through empirical study, the most preferred attributes of water activities are price range between NT$7,000 to NT$10,000, stay to 4 days, by airplane, do water activities, to see cultural and historic spots, and living in B&B. We hope that our research can be useful references for water activities tourism while conducting product marketing strategy.
