運動精進制控量表之建構

The Development of Sports Improvement Control Scale

摘要


目的:本研究旨在探索運動精進制控的內涵,並發展出一套具有信效度之動精進制控量表。方法:首先透過文獻探討編製出運動精進制控問卷,以台灣地區北、中、南、東大專校院學生爲研究對象,以便利取樣方式,共計抽取12所大專校院600位學生爲樣本,其中男性爲300位,女性300位。以項目分析及探索性因素分析進行初步量表之鑑別力及因素結構考驗,而後進行正式量表之施測,以驗證性因素分析考驗量表假設性測量模式之整體適配度,並進一步考驗量表的區別效度。結果:本研究所編製之運動精進制控量表包括8題,練習成效與天賦條件兩個面向,總解釋變異量爲50.46%。正式施測之驗證性因素分析研究結果發現,量表具有良好的建構信度、聚合效度與區別效度,量表整體模式適配度良好。結論:運動精進制控量表是一個相當符合實證研究的一個測量工具,後續的研究人員可以運用本研究所建構的量表進行相關的研究。

Purpose: The purpose of this paper was to explore the content of sports improvement control and to develop a reliable and valid scale regarding sports improvement control. Method: With literature review, the questionnaire of sports improvement control was conducted first. Then, item analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to examine the CR value and structure of the factors. Finally, the confirmatory factor analysis was used to examine the hypothetical measurement model of sports improvement control. Results: The sports improvement control inventory contained 8 items with three sub-scales which accounted for 50.46% of total variance. Furthermore, the results of CFA indicated that the model of the sports improvement control inventory fitted the data with well construct reliability, discriminate and convergent validity. Conclusion: The results indicated that this scale fitted the empirical research. The sports improvement control could be used in related researches by future researchers.
