高職餐飲科導師領導風格對班級氣氛與學習態度之探討-以社會支持為干擾變項

摘要


本研究以大台北地區高職餐飲管理科學生為研究對象,探討導師領導風格(魅力型領導、轉換型領導、交易型領導及家長型領導)是否會對班級氣氛及學習態度產生影響,以及透過社會支持的干擾是否會對導師領導風格與班級氣氛產生影響。本研究之抽樣方式以分層隨機叢集抽樣進行,受測對象為大台北地區高職餐飲科日間部一年級至三年級學生為研究對象,問卷總計發放1280份,回收有效問卷為1130份。研究結果顯示:導師領導風格(魅力型領導、轉換型領導、交易型領導及家長型領導)與班級氣氛呈顯著的正相關;班級氣氛與學習態度呈顯著的正相關;導師領導風格(魅力型領導、轉換型領導、交易型領導及家長型領導)與學習態度呈顯著的正相關;社會支持會對導師領導風格(魅力型領導、轉換型領導、交易型領導及家長型領導)與班級氣氛有顯著干擾效果存在。

This research aims to explore the relationship between class tutors' leadership styles (charismatic leadership, transformational leadership, transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership), class atmosphere and attitudes to learning vocational high school students in food and beverage management department in Taipei area. We also examine social support could be a moderator in class tutors' leadership styles and class atmosphere. Questionnaire survey method was used to collect data through convenience sampling. The sample of this research regards vocational high school students in food and beverage management department in Taipei area. There were 1280 surveys were sent, while 1130 valid data were returned. The results show that: (1) class tutors' leadership styles (charismatic leadership, transformational leadership, transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership) has a positive relationship with class atmosphere. (2) Class atmosphere has a positive relationship with attitudes to learning. (3) Class tutors' leadership styles (charismatic leadership, transformational leadership, transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership) have a positive relationship with attitudes to learning. (4) Social support shows obvious impact on the relations between class tutors' leadership styles (charismatic leadership, transformational leadership, transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership), and class atmosphere.
