木球不同角度攻門對進球率和心跳率之影響

The Effects of the Wood Ball Shoots in the Different Angles on the Performance and Heart Rate

摘要


本研究目的:一、比較木球不同角度(0°,20°和40°)攻門對進球率之影響;二、比較木球不同角度(0°,20°和40°)攻門擊球前10秒、擊球時和擊球後3秒之心跳率變化和差異;三、比較高得分組和低得分組攻門擊球前10秒、擊球時和擊球後3秒之心跳率變化和差異。方法:參與本實驗受試者共14名,為高雄餐旅大學木球運動代表隊,平均年齡21.14±0.77歲,身高172.14±6.78公分,體重61.21±14.95公斤。研究設計以Polar RS800記錄選手在擊球前10秒準備狀態、擊球時和擊球後3秒之心跳率變化情形,同時使用DV攝影機同步記錄選手擊球時間,所得資料分別以平均數、標準差、重複量數單因子變異數分析、重複量數兩因子變異數分析及獨立樣本T檢定進行統計分析。結果:一、選手在0°、20°和40°三種不同角度攻門對命中率有顯著之影響(F=10.412,p=.000);二、選手在0°、20°和40°攻門擊球前10秒、擊球時和擊球後3秒心跳率無顯著差異(F(2,13)=.175,p=.839);三、高得分組和低得分組擊球前10秒、擊球時和擊球後3秒(共14個時間點)心跳率變化無顯著差異,但從平均數和標準差顯示高得分組擊球前心率變化會有先上升後下降趨勢,而低得分組擊球前心跳率變化則呈現上升之趨勢。結論:一、木球1.5m不同角度攻門隨著攻門角度漸增,進球數漸減,因此選手攻門前應考慮攻門角度是否有進球之可能;二、高得分組和低得分組木球1.5m不同角度攻門擊球前10秒、擊球時和擊球後3秒之心跳率變化,各時間點之心跳率雖未達顯著差異,仍可看出兩者間心率變化之差異,提供教練未來針對不同程度選手訓練時,可藉由心率變化的監控來了解動作執行期間注意力導向(內、外)和覺醒水準(高、低)對成績表現之影響,作為反饋訓練之參考依據。

Purposes: First, to compare the difference of performance and heart rate (HR) on the prepare time of the wood ball shooting (WS) among three different angles (0°, 20° and 40°). Second, to compare the difference of heart rate (HR) on the prepare time of the WS between high-scoring group (HSG) and low-scoring group (LSG). Method: Fourteen normal level wood ball players (average years=2.4±1.8 years) were recruited in current study. Polar RS800 was used to detect the variance of players' heart rate on the prepare time of the WS. The collected data were analyzed by mean, stander deviation, repeated measures one-way ANOVA, repeated measures two-way ANOVA and independent sample T test. Results: 1.There were differences of performance (F=10.412, P=.000) of the WS among three different angles. 2. The HR (F(2,13)=.175, p=.839) of pre-shoot 10second, shooting and post-shoot 3second of the WS had no difference among three different angles. 3. The HR of pre-shoot 10second, shooting and post-shoot 3second of the WS had no difference between HSG and LSG, but that of HSG revealed a phenomenon of increased at the beginning and decreased at the end time before shooting. Conclusion: With the increasing angle of the WS, scoring rate is decreasing, so players should consider the possibility before WS. The HR on the prepare time of the WS had no difference between HSG and LSG, but they still showed some variance. The data provided some information for coach and athletes about directing attention (inside or outside) and arousal level (high or low) on the prepare time of the WS, and it also can be used as the reference basis of feedback training.
