The purpose of this research was to understand the elementary school volleyball players' participation motivation and team cohesion. The players who participated in the primary group of the 2014 He-Xin volleyball game. 1. The elementary school volleyball players in the research were participation motivated by five factors: "Training scenarios", "Reward praised", "Self-achievement", "Meet demand", "Physical and mental adjustment"; 2. There were four factors in the team cohesion: "Teamwork", "Team adaptation", "Interpersonal attraction", "Interpersonal affine". Research shows Coach had more motivation behavior, the higher its team cohesion.
